Crunched for precious time, I’ve become a smoothie convert.
Smoothies make perfect sense for breakfast, lunch, snack time, and even dinner. In one swift blend, I can pack in a powerhouse of nutrients – vegetables, fruits, protein, and healthy fats. Contrast that with the equivalent healthy meal involving chapatis, palak curry, rice, dhal, and fruit salad.
While a smoothie may not replace a sumptuous meal, it offers a convenient way to stay nourished and full for an extended period. No more mid-meal cravings for crackers or tea.
So, here’s to the simplicity of a blender and the joy of a nutritious meal in a glass.
